These terms apply when you use this website or buy The Sharp Mind, a digital book by Louis Manson. Please read them before you buy. By buying the book or using this website, you agree to them.

2. Educational information, not medical advice
The Sharp Mind and everything on this website are educational information about brain health. They are not medical advice, and they do not replace the care of your doctor or another qualified health professional.
Louis Manson is a brain-health expert and a former brain-genetics researcher. He is not a medical doctor. He never prescribes, diagnoses or treats, and nothing in the book or on this website is a diagnosis or a treatment plan for you.
We strongly encourage you to share what you learn in the book with your own doctor before you act on it, because your doctor knows your full health picture. Do not stop or change a medicine or a treatment without your doctor's advice. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
3. Results
The habits in the book are based on published research, which the book cites. Everyone's health is different, and we cannot promise any particular result.
4. The book and its price
The Sharp Mind is a digital book in PDF format. Its price is shown on this website and on the checkout page before you pay. Prices are in US dollars.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details. Stripe's own terms and privacy policy also apply to the checkout.
6. Delivery
Your book is delivered as soon as your payment is confirmed. You can download it right away from the confirmation page, and we also email a link to it to the address you used at checkout. If you have any trouble downloading it, contact us and we will help you get your copy.
7. All sales are final
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. Because The Sharp Mind is a digital product delivered immediately after payment, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. Please read about the book and these terms before you buy.
8. Your license
When you buy the book, you receive a personal license to read it on your own devices. You may not copy, share, resell, upload, publish or distribute the book or any part of it. The book, this website and their content belong to The Brain College and are protected by copyright.
9. Using this website
Please use this website lawfully. Do not try to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it, or copy its content for redistribution. This website links to outside sources, such as research articles and Instagram; we are not responsible for their content.
10. Limitation of liability
The book and this website are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, The Brain College and Louis Manson are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any decision you make based on the book or this website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the book is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits a right that, by law, cannot be limited.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page, with its effective date at the top, applies to purchases made from that date.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States. Any dispute about them will be decided by the courts located there.
